| 2. How many kits should I have? |

Each AHCA member company receives 1 accident camera kit for each of their registered trucks.

| 3. How can I get more kits? |
|
AHCA mails accident camera kits to new and renewing members on their initial membership date and each year thereafter upon renewal of membership.
Additionally, AHCA will send a replacement camera to each member that has been involved in an accident and has used the camera for that event.
Finally, AHCA will send additional cameras to a member if that member has increased in size and has added new trucks to their fleet.

Listed below are certain items that your claims professionals would like you to capture with your camera following an accident:
When taking photographs at the scene of an accident, be sure to capture all four sides of the scene and include the following: license plates, involved parties, skid marks, traffic signs and signals. When gathering witnesses, be prepared to take names and numbers. You can collect their business cards if they have them. Inside your AHCA camera kit, there are specially designed witness cards for this purpose. Hand one card to each witness and have them fill in their contact information.
