My truck broke down and when I called the roadside assistance number,
they said I would have to pay the towing operator directly. Why?
You have to register your company with American Towing Alliance prior
to calling for service to receive price protection under the program.
I haven't received my membership package, when can I expect it?
AHCA normally sends membership packages within a week of your
membership activation date. You can call AHCA at any time to find
out when your package was sent.
Where can I find my membership ID number?
Your membership ID number can be found on your AHCA membership card. |
