Membership Identification Card - Each member receives an I.D. Card upon enrollment into AHCA that certifies the holder is entitled to all AHCA benefits. Carry it with you at all times. THE I.D. CARD ALONE DOES NOT ENTITLE YOU TO SAVINGS. YOU MUST PROVIDE THE APPROPRIATE ACCOUNT NUMBER OR VENDOR DISCOUNT CARD AS STATED IN THE MEMBER INFORMATION GUIDE.

Accident Camera Kits - As part of your membership, AHCA provides each member with Truck Accident Camera Kits. Each kit consists of: disposable flash camera, accident report form, witness cards and pencil. Also, for those members that have protection through our commercial insurance provider (Williamsburg National Insurance Company), AHCA has negotiated six commercial auto insurance upgrades. Please contact AHCA for full details.

A picture is worth a thousand words. Cameras provide your claims professionals with a valuable tool to effectively explain or justify your actions before, during or after an accident. This benefit is mailed to every member company with their membership package - one camera for each truck. In the event you have an accident and use your camera, AHCA will replace it free of charge.

SCHOLARSHIPS - Students pursuing higher education whose parents are good-standing AHCA members are eligible to enter the AHCA Scholarship Contest. AHCA currently awards $500 to be used towards higher education. Applications are accepted through May 1. Annual awardee will be featured in the ROADTALK newsletter and our official website.

For all the trucking coverages that you will need throughout the year, call your agent for access to this exclusive AHCA market.

Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance
Included with your company’s membership is a $20,000 accidental death and dismemberment policy. You may extend this benefit to all your employees/drivers at an additional cost. You may also upgrade this policy to $50,000 or $100,000 at an additional cost. Voluntary policies for children and spouses are also available at a very low rate. See the enclosed brochure for details. In case of a loss, monies are paid according to the specifications that are indicated on the back page of the Certificate of Insurance, which is enclosed. If you wish to designate a beneficiary, you must complete the beneficiary designation form and return it to our office.
